Horrible checked in after traveling for 13 hours with a baby. Paid almost double the original rate due to same day booking (RIDICULOUS) was told the rooms were basically brand new. Get in the room and all unpacked and as we get ready for bed we turn the ac on but it doesn’t work! It’s hot we are ready for bed. My husband goes to tell the front desk and he comes in and tells us it’s not going to work. The hotel is under renovation yet they don’t state that anywhere on the websites. There’s no signage out of the elevator to tell where your room is so you have to just walk aimlessly hoping to find it. The rooms aren’t complete my sink faucet was able to move around. The gentleman at the front desk was nice but the morning of checkout there was no one present at the front desk. The building is not up to fire code. Rooms were recently remodeled so the rooms were fine. The rest of the property was still being renovated which was not good.
