Your shipping & customer service response is crap. Priority shipping? I paid shipping , more than the product so I could get it in time. I bet if you needed something for yourself , it would get shipped on time. Tell your corporate office to get actual management , rather than promoting potheads & get your shit together. You don't respond to emails, don't answer the phone after a hour on hold. I highly doubt you have that many ppl calling.
Absolutely garbage. I ordered my stuff almost 2 months ago and still no sign of it. Ordered it well ahead of time for a bike trip I had planned with friends and my package not showing up ruined the trip for me. I have wasted money at this shop with terrible customer service
Placed an order with expedited shipping. A few days went by and not only they did not ship the item, they never bothered to tell me the item was out of stock. Now I wont be able to ride my bike this weekend as I am missing the item i had ordered. Thanks for your shitty customer service!

Very impressed with the service here. Made my order last night got a call this mornin informing me that i handt completed my shipping info. Adam was very help full and right on callin me back after a couple calls we had it figured out
***In summary*** poor quality assurance, poor customer service, and poor delivery times. 1st incidence - Ordered Yakima Q Towers a week and a half in advance for a trip to go kayaking. Didn't see anything at my door the friday before we left. Check my email and find a backorder status on the Q towers, a week and a half after the order was placed.
