Recommendedso I've been on a search for new pedals and decided on the deity Bladerunner bronze color flat pedal. First time ordering. Shipping and communication took far too long. However, Communication was quick when I said I wanted to return the item and have the money returned to my credit card. Item was not properly described on their website. Ironic how that worked out. I won’t order from them again.
Had some problems with an order, but when I talked to them, they were quick to address the problem, and helpful. Would recommend!
False advertising in their emails. They state bikes starting at one price, you hit up the link and the lowest priced bike is about a grand above price stated.
Have ordered many times, so far so good. Orders come well packed and correct. Had a problem with leg warmers once, with quality, and got better ones exchanged at no extra cost. have been to the store in Paso twice, lots of bikes, but if you want anything else be ready to find it on the web site. they will bring it up from the warehouse. But hey the prices are really good.
I ordered a bike helmet for my XL size head. They did a price match even after I already ordered the item 1 day later. They shipped the item immediately and it arrived sooner than they said it would. Great customer service and selection.
Ordered some bottle cages, there was a mistake with the order. They contacted me after some correspondence and made everything right. Thanks for the help getting it squared away, will order again with confidence.
First time customer with Cambria - I ordered a part to fix/upgrade my fattie from Cambria at a stellar deal (that deal also included free shipping). At the same time, I ordered an additional part from Amazon, using Prime (kinda free shipping, except that I pay lots of money once a year to get it shipped for "free"...). Cambria got my stuff to me faster than Amazon, and everything was just as described. I am impressed, and will not hesitate to shop Cambria again next time.
Great shop, I enjoyed working with these guys to get just what I was looking for with my new bike.
