"Customer service" is an oxymoron like "military intelligence". They will not answer phones. I was on hold 45 minutes before I gave up. No response to emails. No human contact. They must take long lunch breaks. I am so frustrated. I called every department trying to find a human to correct an order. No luck. How can this be?

I ordered a 2018 Kona Rove ST from CBO and the experience was very good. Judd Akey helped me. He gave me a very good price and I was able to pickup the bike about 4-5 days after ordering. When I picked up the bike it was ready to go. CBO installed my pedals for me and gave a tour of the place. Nice people that I would do business with again. They have a shop cat and just need to get a shop dog...
Same situation as the other guys below me. They've got clowns working in customer service.
