Management has gone downhill in the last few years. If you have an issue with your unit, it will take multiple emails and calls for maintenance to do anything about it. It’s hard to get a hold of a manager or assistant manager as they are rarely in the office. As others have said, rent goes up every year but the units are in poor condition and there are basically no amenities.
I have lived here since 2021. I have had a few issues. However, management has been quick to provide solutions. The assistant manager, Solmary, has been awesome. She is primarily running the office as if she were the manager of Live Oaks at 275 solo. I noticed the issues placed by a current tenant. We are instructed to notify the police first when a neighbor or visitor is unruly. It makes perfect sense NOT to put any staff members at risk. Hi my name is Cynthia Crowe I reside at Live OKs and have been here for 8 years and never have I had any problems. Sol has done her very best with the situation she has befallen to. Since she has run this office and has done one hell of a job. I love living here it is very convenient for shopping and doctors and other shopping amenities. You have restaurants and fast food.
