This neighborhood started out great, but between the lazy maintenance workers and unorganized office staff everything is just falling apart. It took months for maintenance to cover up the huge hole above my shower from a plumbing issue. Then I discovered a ton of mold in the HVAC utility closet and mold growth in the air vents. I was scheduled for a viewing after 5pm on October 15, 2025. Having to drive to the other side of Tallahassee in 5 o'clock traffic to be told, "It's 5:24 and our last viewing is at 5:30" due to a miscommunication in your own office, I walked out, said and stated, "Not the place for me then".
