This neighborhood started out great, but between the lazy maintenance workers and unorganized office staff everything is just falling apart. It took months for maintenance to cover up the huge hole above my shower from a plumbing issue. Then I discovered a ton of mold in the HVAC utility closet and mold growth in the air vents. Me and my kids dealt with headaches, asthma attacks and constant congestion. Also, they no longer have 3 pools, only 2 pools now.
