Dentist are good if you find a good one in their network receptionist in the front can be rude some times, especially the light skin Hispanic girl with glasses. She can be nasty toward people. And talk a world of crap about you while you are still in the waiting room. I'm surprised she is still there. The Almond Dental location has better service.
Terrible service. I’m giving it 1 star only because I have to rate it to leave a review. Called in to be seen for tooth cracked and painful. Went in and after paying $75 was told nothing will be done that day, to come back to get the tooth cleaned, I asked to have the tooth removed, and they refused. Still I would need to go to the front to make another appointment. Even though I’m in pain, face swollen, getting headaches. My feelings are split. Half the time they are great. The other half though, well I'll let you guess. Does anyone EVER stay here. My 3 year has seen 4 different dentists. I personally have had 6 different dentists in 2 years. Some of the assistants seem like they hate their job. Today I heard one of they say "What a waste of my time" when a patient couldn't be located. Maybe they went to the restroom. Perhaps they left because of the stupid long wait we have to go through.
