Brand new building with indoor parking. Secure facility. Management responds quickly and solves any problems right away. Location location location. Trails near by, gym, bicycle storage, Ginger boat, Haggens, and Thai food right across the street. I love it here! Expensive. Built poorly. It's modern, but you hear -everything- your neighbors are doing. Building's parking lot enforcement is an actual joke, so if you're lucky enough to have a spot that's even kind of parkable, prepare to have someone else in it 4/5 nights of the week (forget about weekends). I can't say enough how great of a place this is to live! Pet friendly (they even have a dog wash! very helpful), all the appliances are new and work perfectly! Beautiful common areas... they even do a weekly Saturday brunch in one of the common areas (so cute!). I personally never ever hear my neighbors! Also, the convenient location next to the bus stop, and Fred Meyers has been a life saver. I moved here in July and I could not be more pleased with my apartment. I love the open plan design and the amenities that come with it. It is close to everything I need. The Assistant Manager, Chanelle is just awesome. She is responsive to any concern I may have with a warm and positive attitude. Sometimes I stop by with my dog and she always makes the time for a friendly chat. Shawn the maintenance manager has gone out of his way to respond to any maintenance requests that I may have.
