I had a great experience with Joaquin from Calypso Heating & Air. He was very honest and answered all my questions regarding my AC unit. He cleaned out my filter and added coolant which helped lower the temperature and he gave me good tips on how to keep the unit working properly. He has a very positive attitude and was very personable. I also really liked that the company called me in advance to make sure I would be home, I had to take my son to physical therapy and they were able to accommodate me after. We signed up for their maintenance agreement and had the technician come out to inspect our A/C system before the summer months arrive. Joaquin arrived at between the agreed upon time window. He was very friendly and professional during the visit. He performed the inspection and the prescribed maintenance according to the agreement.
