There were particular challenges for our mini split dual install at our sound recording studio. Everything had to be installed in a specific order and within a certain deadline. The Calypso team was very prompt, professional, and technically savvy. They stand by their work and will make sure to get even challenging jobs done right! I would highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Joaquin from Calypso Heating & Air. He was very honest and answered all my questions regarding my AC unit. He cleaned out my filter and added coolant which helped lower the temperature and he gave me good tips on how to keep the unit working properly. He has a very positive attitude and was very personable. We signed up for their maintenance agreement and had the technician come out to inspect our A/C system before the summer months arrive. Joaquin arrived at between the agreed upon time window. He was very friendly and professional during the visit. He performed the inspection and the prescribed maintenance according to the agreement. He advised me of suggested corrections so we can maximize the performance of the system.
