This is the Best property Management place in Bakersfield! I had an issue with a renter not paying or moving out. We reached out to Cal Western with our story, desperate to see what we could do since I lived out of state and wanted him out. Sherri (rest her soul) got right to work on it! Her and Reuben were amazing! They did everything they could to help me and within 2 months, (after him not paying or leaving for 6 months) got him out of my property!
