I am continually impressed with the gentleness and professionalism of the staff, from dental hygiene to office management to the dentist herself. I have been with Sheldon Grove from its beginning 10 years ago, witnessing its growth from only a couple operatories in a state of the art office to a full-sized state of the art office. There is no other dental office I would consider before this one.
The recent visit we had was for my teenage son. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional. My son did not have to wait long to be called back so they could get started on his treatment (some places keep you waiting even after your appointment time). Being that I had my two younger children with me I appreciated this. He was in and out pretty quickly which was nice. That office is run smoothly and professionally, everyone is pleasant and efficient. The cleaning went really well. I am very pleased and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dental care group of peple.
Staff was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Cervantes is awesome!
Did not wait long to be brought into room. Hygienist was very patient and explained everything that was going to happen (X-rays, cleaning, meet with dentist). After X-rays and cleaning, met with Dr Cervantes. She did a review of my teeth, explained that a few might need crowns, and was very personable regarding what can be expected going forward. Very pleased with my first visit!
Awesome, loved Ellen's personality, she makes me feel relaxed and provided positive feedback on how well I was doing but gave instruction on areas that needed more work.

The staff always greets you when you walk in so you feel welcome. Ellen keeps you entertained The whole time she is very friendly. Dr Cervantes is extreamily nice and is a great dentist. I will keeep going back.
