My father was a patient here for many years. Between overbooked appointments and limited staff, proper care and assessment was not done. Then there’s the extreme unprofessional behaviors of staff. It’s best to go elsewhere.
This place is a joke, I’m pretty sure it is just a pill mill at this point. You cannot get in touch with the front office. Staff is not friendly when you can get in touch with them. You can’t get refills on your prescription without seeing them first. It’s a total scam.
Dr. Dhillon seems cool, but too busy to really spend time with patients. Instead of just sending me a bill or invoice, I waited for two hours to be seen because the staff was confused about my out of state ppo insurance. My impression, based on my experience and on seeing how frustursted many of the other patients were, is that this practice is unprofessional, slow, dysfunctional, and overbooked.
