I had daily visits from Calvary staff to assist with dressing a leg injury. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated it. The staff were caring, considerate, professional, friendly and attentive. The nurses always arrived when they said they would, and office staff were so helpful when I needed to reschedule visits. Such a wonderful service, thank you for everything!
Poor communication skills. I was supposed to have support 11am today. With no communication they changed to tomorrow with me wondering why nobody has turned up. And lying to me saying that I agreed to the change of day
A very belated but very heartfelt 'Thank you' to this amazing community service. This is the 2nd time in a very short amount of time we have been lucky enough to take advantage of the care offered for wound management. We cannot speak too highly of the calibre, care and expertise of every nurse who has been here. They have all been so kind, thoughtful and efficient- especially Surish B and Michael ! I have always had the utmost respect for the medical organisation but Calvary Community Care are incompetent beyond belief!! First the organisation informs me they would not administer the medication the doctor had prescribed for my 89 year old mother because it was against their policy yet 4 of their nurses had previously administered the same medication 1 month earlier as prescribed without any questions.
