Was able to get the job done this afternoon, instead of tonight. Very thorough, showed me what he was seeing with the camera as he checked lines. Andrew explained everything that needed to be done, then fixed the problem. I was prepared for the camera after a prior Cal's plumber was here for the same toilet 2 months ago, and it was suggested as probably needed next visit, and it was.
