Astonishingly poor quality of photos. Both the in-booth photoshoot and the in-the-field shoots were not only amateurish, but the photographers did not seem to care about how the image would turn out - merely that the photos were taken. For example, out of the 20 sit-in graduation photos taken, only one was passable. Several had glaring errors or were heinously posed. The did not care at all to make sure anything looked good. We got the proofs back quickly, but sadly they are not good. For a grade 12 graduation photo, you'd think they would take a bit more time to have the grads pose well or to let them know they have a chunk of hair popping out the top of their heads before taking the picture. Aside from that, the price is astronomical for the quality of the photo. I will be taking my kid to a studio instead, as I would prefer a photographer who cares how the photos turn out.
