Liars don't send them any money. I ordered a suspension kit over 1 year ago and still haven't received my complete kit. My experience has been terrible dealing with Full Traction and Steve. Lots of lies, deceitfulness, treachery about my order. Don't do business with them. I've lost time and money. Many bad reviews and articles about their very bad practices.

Terrible company to deal with. Easy to place an order, impossible to get anyone other than the receptionist to answer. Ordered parts that never arrived. Cancelled order.

Terrible experience, at first they'll sweet talk their way to "get you to your order" then 13 weeks later after a promised 4-6 week time frame MAX and 15-18 phone calls and a warning that a complaint will be added to the already lengthy list complaint lawsuit from the district attorney (which is disturbing to find out about to say the least) they "have no idea what you are talking about" then maybe then you might get your products but when you do they're still only partly done not completely finished because its always someo... read more

Dude name Steve, real POS, like super POS. Excuse after excuse, clearly I am not the only one with an issue or has had an issue. VM on 6/9/20 from Steve telling me that he has all the parts in stock and will ship out in about 2 week. Here we are after I have called and left messages nearing 2 months later with nothing. He is always out to lunch or some bs when I call. Emails are not returned, ever. DEF do NOT buy anything from them. Not worth the hassell of it all.

I just discovered that there’s a lawsuit by the DA against Calmini For its business practices. I bought a Calmini kit and paid in full for it a few years ago and it took 16 months for me to get the lift kit that cost around $1500. Fast forward to today May 2020I am having a mechanic install it for me and they put in the wrong tire rod ends. My mechanic called Calmini at Calmini’s request and then I spoke to Steve the owner. Ordered shocks on 12 Nov 2019. In kept calling Calmini only to hear they were on back order. On 21 Jan 2020, called Calmini and was told they were in stock and would ship by end of week. Called 27 Jan 2020 and was told they should be in stock by Friday. When I reminded Calmini of my air time, I as told, “if you could find those shocks, somewhere else, you wouldn’t be ordering them from us”. NAPA found them for me, so, I canceled the Calmini order. I bought a bumper for an Xterra from Calmini a while ago and initially was very frustrated dealing with Justin who seemed to come up with excuse after excuse for not sending the part out. Once Steve got a hold of what was going on it was immediately rectified and my bumper ( which is gorgeous and incredibly well built!) was shipped and delivered.
