Ordered a full 3in lift kit and a prerunner front bumper. I got the upper control arms and the rear shackles after like a month and numerous phone calls. Going on 9 months now still haven't gotten the rest of my lift kit or the bumper. Pretty disappointed having dropped 2 grand for nothing.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Do your research before buying from this company. We ordered my parts on December 18th said they sent out my parts and a tracking number. Well the tracking number was invalid, and my parts never showed up. My mechanic reached back out to see what was going on, they told us they were never sent out and they sent it out last week and my parts would be in latest last Sunday. Never showed up. So my mechanic calls again to find out about the parts they gave us the same story we sent it ... read more

So I order my 2nd gen xterra pre-runner bumper through this company back in June of 2023 and it is now Jan 07 2024. I still have not received my bumper. Over that period of time as of June through Jan 2024 I tried contacting Steve about my bumper. It was nothing but excuse after excuse about being behind on work and I would have to wait 2 weeks after 2 weeks… I would advise shoppers to go else where!
