DISASTER!! I sadly was brought here for my birthday. I love facials and get them a few times a year, but I’ve never been here before… and never will again. Upon arrival I was brought into the room, where for 60 mins the spa tech rubbed oils all over my face without even cleaning it first, doing masks, doing massages….. she proceeded to spend the entire time dumping oils onto my clogged skin, repeatedly until she just quietly said “you are done” - she never spoke during it or explained what she was doing. I would tell my friends to book an appointment without hesitation. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was peaceful and professional, and my massage therapist Kelli was incredibly skilled. She listened to my concerns, worked through the tension in my neck and back, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was the best massage I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return.
