Chachi is awesome. She has/is helping with my daughter, working through some tough times. She's informative and gives good helpful tips to help teenagers get through their issues. I would recommend to anyone that is need of her service. 5 stars all the way, thank you for everything.
Had our first virtual couples counseling session scheduled and confirmed. Chachi Lyons McDonald canceled without notice less than 1 hour prior to the session starting. We scheduled our entire week around the session and had to put off more time getting assistance with our strained marriage and find another therapist. Chachi is unprofessional and unreliable. I would highly advise avoiding her altogether.

Chachi is amazing. I have never met anyone like her. She is a ray of sunshine that brightens up your day. She makes you feel safe and is full of love and acceptance. She never judges you. She is someone that brings joy to your life and touches your heart. I am so blessed and grateful to have met her and have her in my life.
