I have been a client of one of the owners @ her other practice J.C Counseling in Middlebury for several years she goes above and beyond to help her clients and makes time to help she is a very caring and kind person I am so glad to have found her when I did I am very grateful to know her and have her as a Therapist I Would give infinite stars if I could.
I have no stars for these ?counselors? Since I was told to go elsewhere for counseling? After making an appointment then sent an sent an email telling me to go elsewhere 2 days before my appointment. Now they tell me nobody meets for in-person counseling. Therefore this is my review. The only guidance I received is a list of other therapist (not from their "team" practice) because now they only do virtual counseling? Then why did she schedule an appointment to simply cancel 2 days before it??? Yet have a lovely website depic... read more
The therapists at Calm and Centered are experts in their craft. As a colleague in the field, I know I'll always be met with non-judgmental support and guidance when I have questions or need help with a referral. You can't go wrong working with any of their staff! As a bonus, their space is warm and inviting, just the type of place you'd want to be when working through the tough stuff.
I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a good therapist. I’ve been going here for 6 years and always look forward to and enjoy every session!
After everything in my life began to fall apart, I turned to brook for counseling. Although you don't always want to hear the truth, or talk about things that are painful she helped me navigate through these feelings and emotions and memories in my own time. I am slowly gaining my confidence and sense of who I am and self back. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help or just an ear to vent to.
