After everything in my life began to fall apart, I turned to brook for counseling. Although you don't always want to hear the truth, or talk about things that are painful she helped me navigate through these feelings and emotions and memories in my own time. I am slowly gaining my confidence and sense of who I am and self back. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help or just an ear to vent to.

I've been using them for quite a while now. I was looking for help and struggling with many areas of life. Brook, is my therapist and offers all kinds of therapy, and will work with me! She's easy to talk to, always gives me advise and has helped me grow into the more confident man I am today. My sessions have been incredibly beneficial. My therapist immediately made me feel at ease discussing my issues and was able to help identify and dissect the background to my problems.
