Our air went out on a Friday. I called the complex multiple times, emailing as well all weekend. They have an emergency maintenance line for after hours. I have called and called and gotten 2 messages saying someone would be out to fix it. It’s now Sunday, no one has been out to fix it or actually called me back. It’s in the mid 90s outside this weekend, with our apartment staying at around 84°. I have an apartment at Callio Properties - Midtown Square. Since moving to Chattanooga I’ve lived in a handful of different apartments, never had the best experience until now. Our leasing agent, Sara, made the process so smooth. The few times we have needed maintenance they responded in a pretty timely manner. The apartment is extremely nice and excellent for the price. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Toured the mid town square property and when the leasing agent asked what kind of dog we had we were up front and told her a husky mix. We decided we love the apartment and the current promotional offers they had going and decided we would apply. $237 later we get a call that they don’t allow huskys so we were denied. My dog isn’t full blooded husky. He’s a 35 pound mix breed with a very loving attitude and it’s unfortunate this company is to closed minded to realize such a thing. Now I’... read more
