Great from start to finish. Callaway send reminders and a message when en route including a photo of the plumber which is a nice touch. Bob arrived exactly on time did, replaced Our hot water tank and took the time to explain it's features and show me where different shut off valves were. Additionally, we had gotten a quote for poly B removal. Since the work was less than expected Bob adjusted the quote accordingly. Bob was courteous, friendly, arrived exactly on-time, and fixed the problem quickly. He imparted information on how I can fix this problem again should it arise, and most importantly loves dogs.🐕
