Just signed my lease. They are very helpful and get back to you quickly with any questions you may have. Sylvia is the best and I am very grateful for her patience with us. Apartment is not as clean as expected upon arrival knowing that they had professional cleaners come in. Spent a lot of time trying to get a smoke smell out of the apartment. They do listen and fix any urgent issues. Once I got all of my stuff moved in and that smell out, I was very pleased.
I couldn't even live here one month the laundry room was a mess the washers were broken and there was someone sleeping in it. The said there was an exercise room but you can't get in and they put a cardboard sign on the door said you can't go in. Management lost my check twice, I was done.

I lived here one month, that was all I could stand. Everything was broken and filthy when I moved in, the neighbors fought all the time. The only thing management is good for is lying, playing favorites and collecting rent. I got fed up with them because they never listened, were spiteful and petty. I don't know why I even considered moving in they do nothing about noise at all hours. Complete crooks. If it was me they would have been fired a year ago. For all I know the owner is out of touch, that place is such a hole.

The place is a ghetto. All kinds of people living there that aren't supposed to be, packing in tramps and hobos, place is run down, dog stuff all over the place, drugs, police there every day. Its shady and dirty, don't take your kids there. I'm glad I found out about it I almost recommended the place to some one I know! So glad I didn't.
The apartments are so old and are falling apart. They are on the cheaper side, so I guess you get what you pay for. I hated living here because I never felt safe. My car was broken into and the week I moved out there were two arson fires. I would not advise any single girls to live here.
