My fiancé proposed to me here over a very nice dinner on an ordinary Wednesday night. He was going to wait until later, but between the guy singing love songs, the intimate setting, and just overall lovely atmosphere, he decided he should do it then. Although it wasn't very busy, word must have spread fast because everyone in the place (including what seemed like all the employees) were congratulating us. We were even given a special dessert. To top it off, the food was absolutely fabulous.
We've come here several times a year for about 10 years. Great service, food , atmosphere, the rooms are great and the views are magnificent.
January 2015, we paid for our room for Christmas 2015 (11 months early). So glad that we did. We loved it. Beautiful location, fantastic food (service was a bit slow, BUT well worth the wait). We'll do this again. Thank you for making our first childless Christmas, very memorable.
6 of us had lunch; food and service was outstanding. Tons of snow; the view is so beautiful!

John and I spent our 37th and 38th wedding anniversaries here. A beautiful and romantic setting, our room was perfect, dinner and breakfast was excellent. We hope to come every year. There were several large parties and our service was still timely. Thank you Callaghan's!
Nice setting, but the service was extremely slow (even though the place was empty), the food was mediocre, and the waitress even asked about substituting part of our salad because their eggs were past their expiration date. Throw in the fact that the prices were expensive yet the servings weren't very big, and you have a recipe for me nor my family coming back.
Callahan's Lodge is always a wonderful place to visit! The food is wonderful, service is always great & the view is beyond breathtaking!
Excellent lunch today. A little slow but not too bad. Friendly staff and a nice place for the two of us to relax on a Sunday afternoon.
