here is the review I put on Yelp and Trip Advisor. A group of 5 went there for Valentines dinner. Our reservation was at 5 PM. We arrived at 450PM and the hostess acknowledge we were there. But when asked if we could be seated, we were firmly told that we would be seated at 5. True to her word we were seated promptly at 5. The dining room was about 75% full already. Very rude hostess. I would highly recommend this resort! My boyfriend and I just happened upon a room here on Expedia, since we were coming from Sacramento on a road trip we hadn't planned out a destination. Because we came in too late to receive the dinner credit, they upgraded our room to a suite with a spa and fireplace. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. First time there. Went for lunch. Food was great and so was the service. We checked the rooms and they were wonderful with fireplace and jacuzzi. Beautiful view. We are going back and staying overnight for our Anniversary.
I love the atmosphere, the live music and the great customer service!
