Wish I could give zero stars. Our house we rented from them was riddled with rats and roaches, they never attempted to do anything about it. AC was broken and we lived in 80+ degrees during the summer; they had someone come look at it 3 times and never actually fixed the problem; the last time we tried to get a work order in for the AC, Callahan said we would have to pay for it out of our own pockets.
