This probably one the worst companies to rent from in all of Arkansas. The freaking roof leaks, they will not respond to maintenance requests. Moving in was a disaster. The pictures were old so it was not what was shown in pictures and was not clean or livable and they keep giving us the run around. Will not fix major issues. If I could afford a lawyer I would hire one for this. And I will post all the pictures to prove it. STAY AWAY FROM CALLAHAN REALITY AND ROB CALLAHAN.
Racist company. Applied not knowing these reviews was so horrible but denied my application when we met ALL requirements per the email sent to me by Denise.
I haven't stayed here in 10 years however recently I was looking to go back here still same the same friendly staff that always get back to you pronto!!! Not days wondering if you will hear back!!!
I have been a tenant with Callahan for over 5 years. They are always very quick and efficient when we have a maintenance issue. Friendly staff when we need to call the office.
They’re simply rude.. our townhouses got switched over to them. They raised the rent for whatever reason. No new appliances. Haven’t reached for new paint or at least a carpet cleaning. Just raised the rent. They have a rodent problem that neither of the companies will come take care of. Yea don’t move in the townhouses on Almond Cove in Sherwood.
