Debra first met us at a home in Marion, and after discussing the CR/IC area at length, pointed us toward several similar neighborhoods. With her help we found the house we were looking for. Her assistant Cassie did a great job keeping track of all the moving pieces on the back end to make sure we closed as planned.
Debra and her assistant Cassie were a pleasure to work with! Communication via email, text, and voice were always prompt and useful. We tried selling on our own with little traffic and no offers. Once we hired Debra she had a steady flow of prospective buyers viewing our home and we closed just a few months later. Debra and Cassie were professional, responsive, and very helpful through the entire process. Highly recommended.
