Callahan Building & Investment Co., Inc. Is Terrible Terrible!!!! Don't hire this company, unless you want to fight everyday. This company promises one thing and then soon forgets everything. There was a fight every step of the project, because of their memory loss. This company preys on low income home owners by offering financing.
Callahan Building & Investment Co., Inc. is HORRIFIC! Do NOT use this company. There were promises made in our original meeting, but not specified in the contract, and then there was a constant battle to get what we had agreed upon in the first place (i.e. air conditioning continued in room addition to match the rest of house, gutters replaced where they were originally, etc.). Simply the Best! I just had an addition put on my house by the Callahans and they did an excellent job. The men that worked on the job were all very nice and did great work. The supervisor was there everyday to answer any questions I had, and even took time to help me pick out different fixtures and flooring that I was having a hard time deciding on. Callahan Building is Fantastic We had a wonderful experience working with this company. We had a 2nd story added to our very small, old home. The callahan's and workers were dilligent and punctual. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.
