The spa was excellent. My wife and I had a couples massage and it was fabulous. The staff was very nice and professional. From the moment you walk in, the entire environment is great. Very clean and smelled fantastic. After being greeted at the front desk, we were lead downstairs to the locker rooms and the private massage rooms. The place was beautiful and the spa was great. The only downfall to our trip was that they had a college frat weekend going on and we were not at all warned upon check in. The college kids made for an unpleasant experience at the pool trying to relax with our children as they were drunk, loud and were making out all over the pool. The staff wasn't accommodating as far as trying to control them. The resort hosted their dance therefore a warning at check in would have been nice.
