I used to be a customer of call the undergound, which rainmakers recently bought. The customer service with call the underground was fantastic and their techs were amazing. The rainmakers people are 100% the opposite, very rude on the phone. I will be switching my service and encourage others to do so as well.
After reading the reviews, I was reluctant to contact Call the Underground, however, noticing the reviews were from years back and a neighbor ensuring me that the company's work was good, I contacted them. I very rarely leave a review. I googled their name to get their number quick and saw all the bad reviews. What the hell?! We've used them for the last 15 years+, I've never had any issues and their prices are reasonable. We actually stopped using them for a few years because someone else took over the management of multiple properties and slowly found them again when calling to inquire about their prices. I don't have any issues with Gene or Lynn. I'm sorry your reviews are so low, that certainly is not fair.
3 emails and 2 voicemails over 3 weeks to schedule service and not one correspondence returned!
