Very rude staff they're not happy to help even after making a purchase. There were two ladies one acted rude when asked for help, other dint show interest to help out.
The young woman with the white hair was very rude and unprofessional toward customers. If I had read the reviews before going in, I would have saved myself a lot of time and frustration. The shoes are also very poor quality considering the high prices, and many pairs had visible marks and defects. Very overpriced and not worth it. I would not recommend this store. Save your time and shop elsewhere.
RUDE.
Worst experience of my life. Rude staff Rude manager. They commit the mistakes first putting wrong shoes in wrong boxes then give you the attitude. If you confront and stand up for youself they call you rude. If I hadn't already chosen the footwear for my mum I would have walked out but I stayed and I went through their disrespectful attitude on top of that the guy at the billing counter refused to take my email for receipt.
Really bad return process - don’t buy the shoes that are out for everyone else to try on, you won’t be able to return them because they look worn already when you didn’t
