I made an appointment, and prior to appointment they suggested to complete the questionnaire to make it faster, which I completed. I waited in the lobby for one hour and twentyfive minutes before the doctor actually seen me. I mean what's the point of doing the questionnaire if there was no faster way. Also when I called the day prior i was on hold for 45 minutes, so I decided to hang up. Will see how the follow goes.
