Terrible and shameful. We are still waiting for deposit to be returned after move out. I will spare the details, but I would never, ever rent from these people. The whole experience has been awful in every way.
I've been with Cal-West almost 5 years at 2 different properties. Cal-West is attentive and completes any work orders. I would recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful they've assisted us in upgrading to a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom unit.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They will not let you end your lease early, and they slam you with late fees. Their properties are too expensive for how crappy they are. You’d be better off living in a motel 6
