Coupon Scam – I needed to smog a vehicle to transfer ownership. I came on CitySearch to find a reputable shop with reasonable rates. While I tried to make my decision, I saw a link to smogtips com which advertised coupons for smog tests. I went on their site and after entering my zipcode, I was directed to California Test Only to utilize a $25 coupon.
