In this review I'm rating my experience with the Social Workers here at this location. Jennifer, ShakrAh, awful! I'm a senior with special needs. Wheelchair lifestyle. In the middle of the night after a normal discharged I was sent to a board and care facility. Unlicensed. No wheelchair accessibility. Wheelchair could not fit into the bedroom or bathroom.
