Ordered a set of 05-14 mustang strut covers from CJ Pony, product broke upon install, contacted CPC next day by phone, spoke with Gale, great dude, very helpful had me send over pics and copy of invoice. He escalated up the chain and had a response right away within 2 hours, can’t speak highly enough about his immediate action and follow up. I called them to report that a piece had broken on our hood lift kit and they called me back and said the replacement would be mailed out to us in a day or so. They were very friendly and super helpful!! 100% recommend this company!!
First time customer and definitely not my last. Ordered the Carbon Fiber Lip for my 14 Focus St. Reached out to Rosie as shipping made no sense. She worked through it and corrected the error on their site. A+ to Rosie. It doesn’t stop there. I was originally quoted a week before it shipped, guess what, shipped next day and I was able to install it today 8/27 when it arrived. Packaging was well done and quality of product was great! 8/22- 8/27 is a great turn around for a large piece of carbon.
