It was my first time at this location and it'll be my last. #1) She waitress had an attitude ever since we were seated. #2) Once we ordered, 45 minutes passed by and we still didn't receive our food. Our waitress never checked up on us, so we needed to talk to the host to see where our food was at. #3) The pizza came out cold. Couple time. We loved the pizza but some of the dishes that they leave close to you when you want to serve yourself your pizza were dirty. They have a lot of staff and you see that sometimes they are not doing so much and make just noise. I suggest to have a private space for employees away from customers and they can feel better in those moments when they are waiting to see what to do. Terrible food terrible service I don’t recommend this place we paid 80 for two little pizzas and a pasta end three drinks and the service is horrible don’t go there
Went to the cool springs location yesterday and the gentleman who serves us at the bar area was fantastic . I ordered the lettuce wraps and they are absolutely amazing
My husband & I had gone over to this restaurant since it was our first time we decided to look at menu and got us some drinks. After looking at the menu we didn’t see anything we liked so we told the waitress that we wanted to just go ahead and pay for the drinks we got.
