Had a good experience with Dr Chan during my dog annual wellness exam. Vet tech & receptionist were very kind & welcoming as well. We’ve been with City Pet for a few years now & haven’t had any issues. My dog actually gets excited to see them.
Dr. Nicole and the team did an amazing job helping my dog Kai during one of our scariest moments. We thought we would lose him, but because of their quick efforts to put him in an oxygen tank and on correct medications - he's alive today. They also called other vets that had 24hr emergency services so I could transfer him for overnight care. They made sure the team there was up to speed and ready to help Kai asap. I'm so grateful. I also love how staff always tells you costs up front and never surprises you with anything.
