Had a very negative experience with the billing side of things. They didn’t provide me any good-faith estimates when I asked for it, instead they gave me a procedure code but neglected to mention that the procedure code is for only 1 out of about 5 different services that would bill me for my epidural shot. They also sprung billing-related consent forms on me 5 minutes before my procedure, putting me under time pressure to sign those documents to get my procedure done, and eliminating any meaningful opportunity to look for a... read more
It’s unfortunate to say, but this doctor is incompetent
I have been with Dr. Mallavaram for many years now and he knows exactly what my needs are in terms of pain relief and doesn't pressure me to try something new. I have reached a point where I am comfortable with my pain control and he has been instrumental in getting me to this steady state.
Dr Mallavaram is caring and his staff is too! He definitely has helped me with my back through his methods that are very non-invasive. Highly recommend!
