Great customer service and very great location
Price is cheap compare to the other storage. $51 for 4x5. I have been with this business for 3 years and I moved out. It is safe to put your stuffs in. The best valuable storage unit you can find in SFBAY area. I don't think there is another one, cheap and safe place to store. Plus if you move out, they refund the money for the rest of the day you have it with them.So worth it.

I've been storing camping gear and sports equipment here for many years now. The rent is cheap (for the area), the people are wonderful, the hours are convenient ( not 24-hour convenient, but I don't need that), I've never had a security or water leakage issue, and the online payment is easy to use and allows for monthly manual payments without dinging you extra for it (makes irregular paycheck deposits easier to manage). It's not fancy but it's solid, and cheaper than affording an apartment with its own garage.
