The service was excellent. The agents were right on time and my doctor appeared with my appointment time. Very good service all around!

Unbearable bureaucracy and completely incompetent staff when it comes to scheduling and checking insurance availability. I finished my checkup ten months ago and still haven't been able to get a hold of them to receive the results. They are nothing but a bunch of money-sucking demons. Oh, also - their whole office are required to eat lunch together until 1pm, so even the building caught on fire at 12pm, they would happily let it burn for an hour and do nothing, because their lunch is definitely the highest priority activity ... read more
