MINUS --100. Escrow opening package does not comport with standard escrow instructions. CIE appears beholden to buyer and acts as their agent rather then a neutral party. Demand to close Escrow resulted in Escrow sending hold harmless (for their mis deeds) instead of a close of escrow demanded by buyer and seller. The five star review by Agnes is 15 years old.
