RecommendedGreat facility filled with great people. I never had a bad experience there.
They have a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very nice and friendly. I was in and out without any issues.
Been here 4 times in last 6 months( 3 CTs and 1 MRI) . Staff really helpful and explain procedures step by step . Billing department good as well , never had an issues with them and because of my uncovered balance they set affordable payment plan. Of course I don’t like the fact going there but If I need to do any imaging again, will definitely go back there. And MOST important never waited a long time, my appointments were always done on time
Most professional facility with the kindest staff in our area.
Everyone there was professional & nice & I didn’t have to wait long like most medical places my only complaint is despite telling the Nurse that there is a history of having difficulties starting IVs on Mel Something happened when he started the IV on my arm not sure what happened cause I wasn’t looking but the nurse was mumbling in frustration under his breath & it was very painful still not sure what the purpose of the angiography I assume it was to check my aneurism or ventricles
The staff at California Imaging Institute, are friendly, professional and they really put me at ease about what to expect during my MRI!!
In the last 8 months I had my mediport procedure, 3 MRIs, 2 CTs, 1 Pet scan and my mediport removed here. I can’t say enough how great this place is. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly. They made me comfortable for all my procedures. I was nervous about having bad scarring where my mediport used to be but the surgeon did such a great job. The area is flat with no raised scarring or bruising. Definitely recommend this place.
this place is wonderful . I'm costaphobic and they were so helpful made sure I was doing great all threw MRI...
