RecommendedWithin the past couple of weeks I have had to make an appointment for a CT scan and 2 MRIs, well initially the appointments that were made were not as soon as I wanted but the scheduler made sure to tell me that I could call as many times as I wanted to check for any cancelations. Well lets just say I called at least 10 times but I was able to get in sooner 🙂 THANKS !!!! these are very professional people that work here you won't find a more friendlier staff I have never had to wait more than about 20 minutes to 30 minutes to get my procedure done the girls that do the procedure treat you like if you were one of their kids I highly highly recommend if you need anything done with go to California Imaging
Great from start to end. Professionals through and through.
I really like the technicians & radiologists there. AMI is their sister company & they both have great equipment for optimal images. But getting an appointment set up & dealing with them over the phone is an absolute nightmare. A world renown spine surgeon orders a STAT Lumbar & Thoracic MRI on a Wed PM/Thurs AM and they offer a 6pm appointment on Friday of the following week, 9 days on a STAT leaves no other choice than the ER & thats not healthy for a surgical patient, overwhelms the ER & gets expensive. Absolutely no! The girl at the front desk was very rude to the two people before me ,and also with me ,as a business owner if this was my employee she would be fired ,I told her your rude and I'll explain this to my Doctor and take my business elsewhere ,two hours wasted out of my day . I recommend going elsewhere this was on 5-22-2019 at 1:00

Excellent and speedy in reception plus compassionate techs and staff.
The service was efficient and the staff were marvelous.
The facility as a whole is amazing!!!
