Staff extremely rude and unhelpful.
I called yesterday to make an appointment for a MRI. The clerk I spoke to was extremely rude and denied care due to not having the correct policy number for TRICare. Basically, the phone line disconnected??? I am assuming I was hung up on. I contacted TRICare and switched to a different imaging company. It’s sad that a clerk has the ability to deny patient care without being held accountable.
