first of all you never billed my insurance company and sent me a big bill. then i work through that over 4-months and i thought i was all paid up... get another bill, not that big so i go to try and get a statement emailed to me, could not get anyone on the 888 phone number or on their pay website. very frustrating to get anyone on the phone or your website working.

I have an auto immune disease and have had multiple visits to the ER. I’ve had two surgeries here and delivered both of my kids here. This is by far the best hospital I’ve ever been to. Wait times are long sometimes, but the staff is amazing. I have been here so many times that staff already recognizes me. As much as it sucks, I have to wait in line like everyone else, sometimes longer because there are higher priority cases, but I won’t trade this hospital for any other. I am treated like a person and not just an experiment... read more
