It was a good experience, the staff is very nice and welcoming. I was nervous and they made my colonoscopy go smooth. Dr. Khurshid is very informative and knowledgeable. Thank you all that helped out with the process. Madera and Fresno staff.
This doctor’s office is extremely unprofessional. Not only have they wasted our time by procrastinating in getting insurance approval, They have also provided other patient information with our documentation completely violating HIPAA. Along with the procedure agreement, they were supposed to extract a sample and test it and they just said it “looks benign“ without even sampling it. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

From the moment I contacted the office, it was clear that they couldn't care less about their patients. Dr Naeem Ahktar has been my Dr for over 35 years! He's an amazing physician with skills that surpass any other gastro Dr in California! His expertise in his field is only equal to the kind soul, and a truly caring heart he possesses! I more than appreciate his bright smile and his welcoming office staff, making my office visit a 10 out of 10 every single visit!
