While the product is good, the service has left us utterly frustrated. Initally it was placed in the laundry room, but we could not move the washer, so they agreed to move it, but Eco Water Los Angeles repeatedly sent one man by himself for a two man job. It will be at least 2 weeks before it gets reconnected - we are looking at another water service.😧
Raveen did an awesome job. He was very thorough, cleaned everything up and walked me through all the equipment before he left. Thanks Raveen
