I was told that this clinic is in network with my insurance. When I checked in, they asked for $250 for my test. I asked for a supervisor. Spoke with the CFO & told her I don't care if she's the CFO. She lacks compassion to patients & their staff is incompetent.
I just had Dr Roberson do a proceeder for me on my inner ear on Nov 17th at Waverly. I was taken care by the staff and surgical staff. Doc has stood by me at ever turn since my first visit in January of 2000. He has saved my life on more than one occasion. I'm forever in his debt�
