I live in Alaska and while California Custom Hot Tubs is not near me and can not do any service work for me (which I am quite sad about actually) I do order my products for my Genesis system. They carry the True Blu salt I need, they always quickly ship and the shipping cost is quite reasonable for me. I like that they have a credit system for ordering, it make me feel like a valued customer.
