Dr. Kockinis is terrific. He doesn’t waste one single moment getting your specialists authorized by insurance. He and his staff are the most “on top of it” medical facility I have ever been to.
Friendly and Professional staff.
I can't actually tell you about Dr. Kochinis but I can tell you about the ineptness of his staff. On May 16th I switched to this Dr because of his proximity to where I live. I called Monarch health Care on May 16th and they told me the switch went into effect immediately. I called Dr Kochinis's office and the women who took my call informed me that she couldn't make an appointment because it took 48 hours to show up in the Cal Optima computer.
